In Person Reiki

After a free consultation, we will begin your 45 minute session where I will clear your energy through the use of essential oils, smudging, and crystals. Then, I will intuitively scan your body and balance your chakras. We will end with a short consultation after the session.

Distant Reiki

Universal life force energy is not confined by time and space. Reiki works just the same if we are in the same room or across the world. For distant Reiki sessions, we will have a short consultation before the session to discuss anything you might like to focus on. I will ask you to find a comfortable place to lay down, and tune into your body’s energy. After the 30 minute session, we will have another short consultation.
